Nina Neale (she/her/hers) is a second-year student at Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in the Sociomedical Sciences Department with a Certificate in Population Mental Health. She has joined the Mental Health @ Work Lab to assist Dr. Kathleen Pike and her team. During her practica, Nina is continuing to develop, organize, and structure resources for the Mental Health at Work Index which provides data and assessment of what a “good mental health program” looks like in a workplace to enable companies to make improvements to their programs.
